At Heavenly Pure, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted organic soaps and skincare products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our personal care products, opened or used soaps and skincare items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly review your request and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
